You receive the following error message when signing in to your Password Manager Application:
"The service is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
This issue happens when you have two active Trend Micro subscriptions purchased from Best Buy and from our online store.
Check Active License Subscriptions
- Make sure that your Trend Micro for Best Buy license is registered to the same Trend Micro account used to log in to Password Manager.
- Disable the Auto-Renew setting of your Trend Micro for Best Buy license. Do the following:
- Go to Trend Micro Account.
- Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- Under the Licenses tab, click Stop Auto Renew.
