Why did this happen?

You have two active Trend Micro subscriptions purchased online and from other merchant stores, like Best Buy.

What should I do next?

Check your Trend Micro account subscriptions:

  1. Make sure your Trend Micro for Best Buy license is registered to the same Trend Micro Account used to log in to Password Manager.
  2. Disable the Auto Renew setting of your Trend Micro for Best Buy license.
    1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
    2. Sign in using your email address and password.
    3. Click the Licenses tab, then click Cancel Subscription.
    4. Click the Stop Now button to confirm.
