You receive the following notification on your Home Network Security:
"Unable to Continue.
Please try again. (Error Code: ---)"
"Refunded Pairing Code.
This Pairing Code was refunded. Please try again with a different pairing code. (Error Code: ---)"
This notification occurs when your Trend Micro Home Network Security subscription has been refunded.
To resolve this issue, purchase a new Trend Micro Home Network Security subscription.
If you already purchased a new license, you can set up a new Station. Do the following:
- Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your Station.
- Open your Home Network Security App.
- Read the License Agreement, then tap Agree and Continue.
Type your pairing code, then tap Next.
Connection successful window will appear.
If the app is unable to connect to the Station within one minute, use the QR code reader that will appear on your screen. Scan the Station Code found at the bottom part of the Station.
- Wait for the Sign In window to appear, then sign into your Trend Micro account.
