  • Accessibility permissions for Mobile Security is turned off.
  • Usage Access for Mobile Security is turned off.
  • Mobile Security does not have enough permissions on your device.
  • Potentially harmful apps was detected by Mobile Security.

Turn ON Accessibility Permissions
  1. Tap the Action Required message.
  2. Tap the Requires the Accessibility permission for Mobile Security message.
  3. Look for Mobile Security.
  4. Tap Turn On Now.
  5. Toggle the switch to turn it ON, then tap OK .
Turn ON Usage Access
  1. Tap the Action Required message.
  2. Tap the Turn ON Usage Access for Mobile Security to protect your device message.
  3. Tap Turn On Now .
  4. Toggle the switch to turn it on.
Enable all App Permissions
  1. Tap the Action Required message.
  2. Tap the Mobile Security needs more permission to fully protect your device message.
  3. Tap the Turn On Now button.
  4. Tap on Permissions.
  5. On the app permissions page, toggle the switches to enable all permissions.
Trust or Remove apps
  1. Tap the Action Required message.
  2. Tap the apps need attention message.
  3. Tap the Remove Recommended message.
  4. Choose the apps you want to Remove or Trust.
