Learn how to transfer Trend Micro subscription to your other device.

For Windows and Mac

  1. Launch the Trend Micro app.
  2. Click the menu icon at the top right corner.
  3. Under Account and Subscription, click Transfer a Subscription to this Device.
  4. Select the license you wish to transfer, then click Transfer.
  5. Click Confirm.

For Android and iPhone/iPad

  1. Open the Trend Micro app.
  2. Tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
  3. Under Account and Subscription, tap Transfer a subscription to this device.
  4. Select the license that you want to transfer, then tap OK.
