This message appears because your Wi-Fi Internet connection is interrupted.


Refresh Wi-Fi Connection

  1. From your device, turn off your WiFi network.
  2. Wait a few seconds, then reconnect to the same WiFi network.
  3. Open the WiFi Protection app, then check if the issue persists.
  4. If yes, switch to a different network, then launch the WiFi Protection app.
