You received "Scan Incomplete" or "No Internet connection" message on your Trend Micro WiFi Protection app.
This message appears because your Wi-Fi Internet connection is interrupted.
Refresh Wi-Fi Connection
- From your device, turn off your WiFi network.
- Wait a few seconds, then reconnect to the same WiFi network.
- Open the WiFi Protection app, then check if the issue persists.
- If yes, switch to a different network, then launch the WiFi Protection app.
