There is another security software installed in your Mac. Having two or more of them running at the same time can slow down system performance and can cause unexpected system errors.

Remove all conflicting third-party programs that is not compatible with Trend Micro Antivirus:

  1. Open Spotlight, type Application, then press RETURN.

  3. Type your administrator password when needed, then click OK.
  4. Install the program again.
