You cannot see the Password Manager app when you open Trend Micro Security in Microsoft Edge.

Why did this happen?

The region settings and locale on your PC is not supported.

How do I fix this?

Update Region & Language Settings:

  1. Click Start , then go to Settings > Time & Language > Region & language.
  2. Under Related Settings, click Additional date, time & regional settings.
  3. Under Region, click Change date, time or number formats..
  4. In the Formatstab, choose Match Windows display language (recommended).
  5. Click Apply, then click OK.
  6. Restart Microsoft Edge.
  7. Check if Password Manager is now available:
    1. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
    2. Activate Password Manager.
