You receive the following error message when signing in to Password Manager Preview Mode:
"Cannot Sign In"
This issue happens because the Password Manager is preventing your data from being deleted. Local data in Preview Mode such as Master Password, Secure Notes, Saved Passcards, and Personal Details cannot be merged to cloud data of Password Manager.
If the Trend Micro account being used to sign in to Preview Mode does not have a Master Password yet, the local data can be merged to cloud data.
