      3. sudo rm -r ~/Library/Caches/com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP*
      4. sudo rm -r ~/Library/Group\ Containers/6QRF79J2W6.com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP*
      5. sudo rm -r ~/Library/Preferences/com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP*
      6. sudo rm -r ~/Library/Preferences/group.com.trendmicro.mac.autosignin.pwp.plist

      Type your Mac's admin password when asked (you won't see the characters as you type). Press RETURN after typing your password.

  3. Delete VPN settings
    1. Open System Settings.
    2. Choose Network.
    3. Pick the VPN profile.
    4. Click the lowercase ‘i’ next to the VPN name.
    5. Click Remove Configuration…
    6. Confirm by clicking Remove.
