How to Set Up SMS Filter on Android

  1. Open the Trend Micro Check app: Locate and tap the app icon on your Android device.
  2. Go to SMS Filter: Inside the app, tap on the SMS Filter option.
  3. Allow Permissions: Click Allow when prompted to give the app permission to access your messages.
  4. Set Default SMS App: Follow the prompt to set Trend Micro Check as your default SMS app, which allows it to filter spam effectively.
  5. Confirm the Setup: Choose TM Check from the list of SMS applications and tap Set as default to complete the setup.

How to Set Up SMS Filter on iPhone

  1. Open the Trend Micro Check app: Tap the app icon on your iPhone.

  1. In SMS Filter, tap on the message you wish to report.
  2. Select the human-like icon and tap Report.
  3. Complete the form and submit.
