How to Set Up Call Blocking on Android

  1. Open Trend Micro Check and tap Call Block.
  2. At the permissions prompt, tap Allow All to enable necessary permissions.
  3. Respond to each permission prompt:
    • Access your contacts? Tap Allow.
    • Set as your default caller ID and spam app? Tap Set as Default.
    • Manage phone calls? Tap Allow.
    • Access your call logs? Tap Allow.

How to Set Up Call Blocking on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Trend Micro Check and tap Call Block.
  2. Tap Open Settings.
  3. Go to Phone settings, then tap Call Blocking & Identification.
  4. Turn ON TM Check to activate call blocking.

How to Manage Your Blocked and Approved Numbers

  1. Open Call Block, then select either Approved List or Blocked List.
  2. Tap the + button to allow or block a number.
  3. Enter the phone number and name, then tap Add or Block.

How to Block Unknown Numbers

This feature only allow calls from your contacts and approved list. Blocked calls will show in your call history.

  1. Go to Call Block in Trend Micro Check.
  2. Slide the Unknown Numbers toggle to "On".
  3. Tap Block when prompted.
