Starting November 18, 2024, Trend Micro Password Manager will no longer offer yearly subscriptions for purchase. If you have a yearly subscription, you can use it until it expires. After it expires, you will need to switch to a monthly subscription.
Steps to Update Your Subscription
Follow these steps on your mobile device to make the switch and ensure continuous protection and password management.
For IPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Find and tap Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Tap See All Plans.
- Select the Monthly Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
For Android phone or tablet:
- Open the Google Play app.
- Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Select Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Tap Manage subscription.
- Select the Monthly Subscription Plan.
- Select a supported payment method.
- Tap Buy or Subscribe.
If you have a bundled subscription with Trend Micro Password Manager, you don't need to do anything. To check your subscription, visit the Trend Micro Account website.
