If you're having trouble subscribing to a yearly plan in Trend Micro Password Manager and ID Security, you might see a “subscription unavailable” message or nothing happens when you try to select the yearly option. Here's why this happens and what you can do next.
Trend Micro Password Manager and ID Security no longer offer yearly subscriptions for purchase.
If you have an existing yearly subscription, you can use it until it expires. After it expires, you can update to a monthly plan.
If you just started, you can choose a monthly subscription instead.
