How to activate Trend Micro Security Suite using an existing account

Activate Trend Micro Maximum Security you just installed

1. Open Maximum Security and then click the Already have serial number.

   

2. Enter your serial number and then click Next.

   

3. Proceed in activating your Trend Micro Security software.

Activate Trend Micro Maximum Security during installation

1. Wait for the program to ask for your Trend Micro account email address.
2. Type your email address, then click Next.

   

   Type your Trend Micro account password when asked, to proceed with the activation.

Activate Trend Micro Antivirus you just installed

1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus.
2. Click on the expiry date.

   

3. Click Change your serial number.

   

4. Enter your new serial number, then click Done.

   

   If the serial number you provided has been registered before, you will see the Protection Activated window. It contains the details of your subscription and its expiration. Click Finish to close the window.

Activate from the Mobile Security app on your Android device

1. Go to the Activation Portal.
2. Below the Get Started button, click Or sign in to your Trend Micro Account link.
3. Sign in with your email address or phone number, then click Next.
4. Type your secure password, then click Next.
5. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
6. On your Android device, open the Mobile Security app.
7. Select Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.

Activate from the Mobile Security app on your iPhone or iPad

1. Go to the Activation Portal.
2. Below the Get Started button, click Or sign in to your Trend Micro Account link.
3. Sign in with your email address or phone number, then click Next.
4. Type your secure password, then click Next.
5. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
6. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Mobile Security app.
7. Select Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.

Activate Trend Micro Security for Edge

1. Go to the Activation Portal.
2. Below the Get Started button, click Or sign in to your Trend Micro Account link.
3. Sign in with your email address or phone number, then click Next.
4. Type your secure password, then click Next.
5. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
6. Open Trend Micro Security on Microsoft Edge.
7. Select Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.

Activate Trend Micro Wi-Fi Protection on your mobile device

1. Go to the Activation Portal.
2. Below the Get Started button, click Or sign in to your Trend Micro Account link.
3. Sign in with your email address or phone number, then click Next.
4. Type your secure password, then click Next.
5. Enter your activation code, then put a check beside I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement. Click Next to proceed.
6. On your mobile device, open the Trend Micro Wi-Fi Protection app.
7. Select Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
