- Open Cleaner One Pro.
- Scan these items on your Mac:
- Select Junk Files, then do a scan.
This detects excess files, temporary files and system garbage that you can safely remove on your Mac.
- Select Big Files, then do a scan.
This finds files that are equal or larger than 10 Megabytes in size.
Not all big files scanned are considered as junk or unnecessary to your Mac. Though, you may still need to look into your big files if there are some you think you no longer need and remove them to free up more space.
- Select Duplicate Files, then do a scan.
The Auto Select button uses a smart and accurate selection of duplicates based not only by filename but also by their content. It will select the duplicate for you as it identifies the original file.
- Select Similar Photos, then do a scan.
This digs up similiar images you can manage to delete.
- Select App Manager, then do a scan.
This shows all your installed applications on your Mac so you can remove apps you no longer use and all their associated files.
- Select Junk Files, then do a scan.
- Check the files you want to delete, then click Remove.
- Restart your Mac to apply the changes.
