Generating logs can help our Trend Micro Technical Support Experts diagnose product issues you experience on your Antivirus One app.

  1. Open Finder.
  2. On the Menu Bar, click Go, then select Go To Folder.
  3. Type the path:
    ~/Library/Containers/com.trendmicro.DrSafety/Data/Library/
  4. Compress the file Logs and send the file to our Technical Support.

Antivirus One stopped working

  1. Replicate the issue and wait for 30 minutes.
  2. Click Finder, then select Applications.
  3. Click Utilities, then select Activity Monitor.
  4. Find and highlight the process for Antivirus One.

  5. Select Sample Process and save the log file.

  6. Compress the log file and send it to us.
