Generating logs can help our Trend Micro Technical Support Experts diagnose product issues you experience on your Antivirus One app.
- Open Finder.
- On the Menu Bar, click Go, then select Go To Folder.
- Type the path:
~/Library/Containers/com.trendmicro.DrSafety/Data/Library/ - Compress the file Logs and send the file to our Technical Support.
Antivirus One stopped working
- Replicate the issue and wait for 30 minutes.
- Click Finder, then select Applications.
- Click Utilities, then select Activity Monitor.
- Find and highlight the process for Antivirus One.
- Select Sample Process and save the log file.
- Compress the log file and send it to us.
