Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool helps you follow the troubleshooting instructions Technical Support Engineers provides, leveraging our Smart Protection Network and Platinum technology.
- Download the Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool here.
- Click Yes when the User Account Control window appears, then wait for the download to finish.
- Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then click Next.
- Read the License Agreement, then click Agree and Install.
- The Tutorial window will appear. Click Next to start the tutorial or click Skip to continue with the next steps.
- Click Get Help Now.
- Go to the location where you want to take a screenshot, then click the camera icon.
Skip this step if you have nothing to show to the Technical Support Engineer.
- On the Step 2 dropdown list, choose I need help to fix something.
- After selecting the problem, click Send.
- Wait for one of our Technical Support Engineers to assist you.
- After the troubleshooting, uninstall the tool.
- Delete the installer file you downloaded and the extracted folder.
