How to activate Trend Micro products

1. Open the Trend Micro Security main console, then click the Already have serial number.

   

2. Enter your serial number, then click Next.

   

3. Proceed in activating your Trend Micro Security software using your serial number.

1. Open your Antivirus for Mac main console.
2. Click on the expiry date on the main console.

   

3. Click Change your serial number.

   

4. Enter your new serial number, then click Done.

   

1. Tap Mobile Security on your mobile device.
2. Tap Buy/Activate.

   

3. Tap Use an Activation Code

   

4. Type the Activation Code on the boxes provided, then tap OK.

   

1. Access the Activation Portal.
2. Type your activation code, then click Next.
3. Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
4. Fill out the required information, then click Next.
5. Complete the activation by the doing the following:
   1. Sign out of your account, do not proceed with the download.
   2. Open the app, go to app Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.

1. Click the Trend Micro Security icon at the top right corner of the Microsoft Edge browser.
2. Click Buy / Activate Now in the lower-right corner of the app.

   

3. Under Activate, click Sign In to Use Existing License.

   

4. Provide your serial number, then click Next.
5. Follow the directions shown on the screen.

Activate Password Manager for Windows

1. Open Trend Micro Password Manager.
2. Click Create an account.
3. Fill up the details needed, then click Next.
4. Choose Provide your Premium version Activation Code.
5. Type the activation code on the boxes, then click Next.
6. Once the confirmation page appears, click Next.
7. Create a Vault Password by filling up the details needed from the window, then click Create.
8. Click Open Password Manager.

Activate Password Manager for Mac

1. Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
2. Click Create an account.
3. Fill up the details needed, then click Next.
4. Once the confirmation page appears, click Next.
5. Create a Vault Password by filling up the details needed from the window, then click Create.
6. Click the Password Manager icon on your web browser, type your Vault Password, then click Unlock.

Activate Password Manager for Android

1. Go to the Password Manager Portal.
2. Tap Sign in.
3. Tap Create a Trend Micro Account.
4. Fill up the details needed, then tick I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement.
5. Tap Create.
6. Create your Vault Password by filling up the details needed, then tap Create.
7. On the upper right corner of the page, tap the Menu button, then choose Settings.
8. Tap Subscription Information.
9. Type the activation code on the boxes provided, then tap Activate.
10. Open the Trend Micro Password Manager app.
11. Tap Sign in now.
12. Accept the Trend Micro License Agreement by tapping Accept and Continue.
13. Tap either Join or Skip to Help Make Password Manager Better.
14. Sign in with your new Trend Micro Account.
15. Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock button.

Activate Password Manager for iOS

1. Go to the Password Manager Portal.
2. Tap Sign in.
3. Tap Create a Trend Micro Account.
4. Fill up the details needed, then tick I have read and agree to the Trend Micro License Agreement.
5. Tap Create.
6. Create your Vault Password by filling up the details needed, then tap Create.
7. On the upper right corner of the page, tap the Menu button, then choose Settings.
8. Tap Subscription Information.
9. Type the activation code on the boxes provided, then tap Activate.
10. Open the Trend Micro Password Manager app.
11. Tap Sign in now.
12. Accept the Trend Micro License Agreement by tapping Accept.
13. Sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
14. Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock button.

1. Access the Activation Portal.
2. Type your activation code.
3. Tick I have agreed to the Trend Micro License Agreement, then click Next.
4. Sign up to create a new account, then click Next.
5. Fill out the required information, then click Next.
6. Open the Trend Micro Wi-Fi Protection app.
7. Go to Settings > Set up an account.
8. Sign-in using the account created/signed-in from Activation Portal.
9. Go back to the Activation Portal, then proceed to activate with your new Trend Micro Account.
10. Choose which device you installed Trend Micro WiFi Protection.
11. Click Activate Trend Micro WiFi Protection.

Set up your Home Network Security Station

NOTE:

Connect the Station to the Wi-Fi router that is used by majority of your devices. The Station should not be connected to network equipment, such as switches, hubs, extenders, or repeaters.

1. Connect the power adapter to the power port of your Station, then plug it to a power outlet.

   

2. Plug one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port of your Station, then plug the other end to one of the LAN ports of your router.

   

   

   Your Station will now be connected to your router.

Install your Home Network Security App

1. Open the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store app, then search for Trend Micro Home Network Security.
   You can also scan this QR code using your mobile device:

   

2. Tap Get or Install.
3. Wait for the installation to finish.

2. It will open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Tap Get or Install.
3. Wait for the installation to finish.

Pair your Home Network Security App with the Station

1. Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your Station.
2. Open your Home Network Security App.
3. Read the License Agreement, then tap Agree and Continue.

4. Type your pairing code, then tap Next.

   

   Connection successful window will appear.

    

   If the app is unable to connect to the Station within one minute, use the QR code reader that will appear on your screen. Scan the Station Code found at the bottom part of the Station.

5. Wait for the Sign In window to appear, then sign into your Trend Micro account.
