This article explains how to make sure your subscription supports all the apps included in the Trend Micro Device Security Pro.
If you have not created a Trend Micro account yet, check this article: How to activate Trend Micro Device Security Pro.
If you have not installed Trend Micro Device Security Pro products, go to MyAccount to install the products.

Maximum Security
For Microsoft Windows

Check the app subscription status

- Double-click the Trend Micro icon on your desktop or system tray to open the main console of the Trend Micro Maximum Security.
- Look for the expiry date in the lower right corner of the console.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

Click Already have a serial number on the Maximum Security main console.

Provide your serial number, then click Next.
- Follow the directions shown on the screen.

For Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Check the app subscription status

- Click the Trend Micro Security icon at the top right corner of the Microsoft Edge browser.
- Look for the expiry date in the lower right corner of the app.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- Click Buy / Activate Now.
- Under Activate, click Sign In to Use Existing License.

Provide your serial number, then click Next.
- Follow the directions shown on the screen.
For MacOS

- Click the Trend Micro icon on the Menu Bar, then choose Open Trend Micro Antivirus....
- When the Subscription Information window appears, look in the lower right corner for the expiry date.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- On the Subscription Information window of Trend Micro Antivirus, click Change your serial number.
- Provide your serial number, then click Done.
For Chromebook

Check the app subscription status

- Click the Trend Micro Security icon at the top right corner of the Google Chrome browser.
- Look for the expiry date in the lower right corner of the app.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- Click Buy / Activate Now.
- Under Activate, click Sign In to Use Existing License.

Mobile Security
For Android

- Tap the menu icon, then select Settings.
- On the Settings page, tap Set up an account.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
For iOS

- On your iOS device, open the Mobile Security app.
- Look for the expiry date in the lower left corner of the console.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- Tap Settings.
- On the Settings page, tap Set Up Account.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
WiFi Protection

- On your device, open the Trend Micro WiFi Protection app.
- Go to Settings.
- Look for the expiry date under ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.

Password Manager

Check the app subscription status

- On your device, open the Password Manager app.
- Tap Settings.
- Look for the expiry date under ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION.
- If you find that you still have the trial version of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- Open Trend Micro Password Manager.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account, then click Next.
- Follow the directions shown on the screen.
For MacOS- Open your web browser, then click the Password Manager icon.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro Account, then click Next.
- Follow the directions shown on the screen.
For Android- Open the Trend Micro Password Manager app.
- Tap Sign In, then sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock button.
For iOS- Open the Trend Micro Password Manager app.
- Tap Sign In, then sign in with your Trend Micro Account.
- Type your Vault Password, then tap the Unlock button.
ID Security

Check the app subscription status

- On your device, open the ID Security app.
- Tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
- Look for the license type under ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION.
- If you find that you still have the free license of the app, then proceed with STEP 2: Finish setting up the app.

- On the Settings page, tap Set up your Trend Micro account.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
