Trend Micro Ad Block One suddenly cannot block ads on websites you visit.
Why did this happen?
The application is not properly configured.
How do I fix this?
- Change Ad Block One status to Protected:
- Open Ad Block One.
- If the status shows "Unprotected", click the Turn on button.
- Check the boxes beside Ad Block One extensions to enable both Dashboard and Engine extensions
- Check if the website is included in the Unblocked Sites list:
- Open Ad Block One.
- Click the Unblocked Sites tab.
- Check on the list if the website is listed. If YES, click the delete icon for the website.
- Open Safari Preferences, then click the Extensions tab.
- Uncheck and re-check the boxes of the extension of Ad Block One Dashboard and Ad Block One Engine.
- If the issue persists, report it to our Technical Support Team.
- Stay on the same website. Click the Ad Block One icon, then click Report a problem.
- Select the issue from the dropdown list.
- Stay on the same website. Click the Ad Block One icon, then click Report a problem.
