Trend Micro Ad Blocker Cannot Block Pop Up Ads

Trend Micro Ad Blocker suddenly cannot block ads on websites you visit.

Why did this happen?

The application is not properly configured.

How do I fix this?

1. Change Ad Blocker status to Protected:
   1. Open Ad Blocker.
   2. If the status shows "Unprotected", click the Turn on button.

      

   3. Check the boxes beside Ad Blocker extensions to enable both Dashboard and Engine extensions

      

2. Check if the website is included in the Unblocked Sites list:
   1. Open Ad Blocker.
   2. Click the Unblocked Sites tab.
   3. Check on the list if the website is listed. If YES, click the delete icon for the website.
   4. Open Safari Preferences, then click the Extensions tab.
   5. Uncheck and re-check the boxes of the extension of Ad Blocker Dashboard and Ad Blocker Engine.

      

3. If the issue persists, report it to our Technical Support Team.
   1. Stay on the same website. Click the Ad Blocker icon, then click Report a problem.

      

   2. Select the issue from the dropdown list.
