This is your Trend Micro My Account screen:

My Account is the central hub to download the Trend Micro Security Suite products.

Now you can install your products on your devices and start using them.

Install Trend Micro Maximum Security

Install Trend Micro Maximum Security

Comprehensive protection for your PC, Mac, iPhone/iPad and Android devices, includes Mobile Security.

1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
2. Type the email address and password you created upon the purchase.
3. Type the verification code you can see at the right, then click Sign In.
4. Look for Maximum Security from the list.
5. Click Add Device.

   

6. Select the device where you want to download the software.

   

For Windows
Install and Activate Maximum Security on Windows
1. Select Windows.
2. Select how you want to download Trend Micro software:

   

   • Send Email - send the download link to your email
   • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
   • Download - download the installer directly
3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
4. Open the downloaded installer file, then follow the directions shown on the screen.
For Mac
Install and Activate Maximum Security on Mac
1. Select Mac.
2. Select how you want to download Trend Micro software:

   

   • Send Email - send the download link to your email
   • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
   • Download - download the installer directly
3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
4. Open the downloaded installer file, then follow the directions shown on the screen.
For Chromebooks
Install and Activate Maximum Security on Chromebook
1. Select Chromebook.
2. Select how you want to download Trend Micro software:

   

   • Send Email - send the download link to your email
   • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
   • Download - download the installer directly
3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
4. Open the downloaded installer file, then follow the directions shown on the screen.
For iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Install and Activate Maximum Security on iOS
1. Select iOS.

   You will be redirected to the App Store to download the Mobile Security App.

2. Tap Get.
3. Tap Install.
4. Tap Open once the installation is finished.
5. Accept the License Agreement.
6. Tap Next, then tap Done.
7. In the menu screen, scroll down, then tap Settings.
8. Tap Set up an account.
9. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
10. Tap Next when prompted to use available subscription.
11. Tap on the pointing down arrow to expand the selections, then select which existing license you want to be transferred to your device.
12. Tap OK when prompted to confirm the transfer of license.
For Android
Install and Activate Maximum Security on Android
1. Select Android.

   You will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download the Mobile Security App.

2. In the Google Play Store, tap Install.
3. Tap Accept to accept the app permissions.
4. Tap Open once the installation is finished.
5. After reading the Trend Micro License Agreement, tap Accept and Continue.
6. At the lower-right corner, tap Buy / Activate.
7. Select Sign In to Use Existing License.
8. Sign in to your Trend Micro account that was created at purchase.

Install Trend Micro WiFi Protection

Install and Activate WiFi Protection

Turn public hotspots into secure WiFi connections.

1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
2. Type the email address and password you created upon the purchase.
3. Type the verification code you can see at the right, then click Sign In.
4. Look for Trend Micro WiFi Protection, then click Download.

   

5. Select the device where you want to download the software.

   

   For Windows

   Install and Activate WiFi Protection on Windows

   1. Select Windows.
   2. Select how you want to download WiFi Protection:
      • Send Email - send the download link to your email
      • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
      • Download - download the installer directly
   3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
   4. Within the Microsoft Store, tap Get, then tap Install to download the WiFi Protection app.
   5. Once downloaded, tap Open and follow the steps within the app to install and allow the VPN certificate.
   6. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
   7. Click Setup Account.
   8. Sign in using your Trend Micro account.
   9. Use Available Subscription window will appear. Click Yes.
   10. Click Select beside the Not Yet Installed device name, to reserve a set for your device.

   For Mac

   Install and Activate WiFi Protection on Mac

   1. Select Mac.
   2. Select how you want to download WiFi Protection:
      • Send Email - send the download link to your email
      • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
      • Download - download the installer directly
   3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
   4. Within the App Store, tap Get, then tap Install to download the WiFi Protection app.
   5. Once downloaded, tap Open and follow the steps within the app to install and allow the VPN certificate.
   6. Click the gear icon to open Settings.
   7. Click Setup Account.
   8. Sign in using your Trend Micro account.
   9. Use Available Subscription window will appear. Click Yes.

   1. Select Android.

      You will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download the WiFi Protection App.

   2. Within the Google Play Store, tap Install.
   3. Open the WiFi Protection App, and then tap Accept to agree to the app permissions.
   4. Wait for the installation to finish.
   5. Sign into your Trend Micro Account that was created on purchase to activate Trend Micro WiFi Protection.

Install Trend Micro ID Security

Install and Activate ID Security

Designed for your mobile devices to help monitor your personal identity data on the dark web and alert you of any malicious activity.

1. Sign in to Trend Micro Account via your mobile device to install on iPhones/iPads or Android devices.
2. Type the email address and password you created upon the purchase.
3. Type the verification code you can see at the right, then tap Sign In.
4. Look for Trend Micro ID Security, then tap Download.

   

5. Select the device where you want to download the software.

   

   For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

   Install and Activate ID Security on iOS

   1. Select iOS.

      You will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) to download the ID Security App.

   2. Tap Get, then tap Install to download the app.
   3. Wait for the installation to finish.
   4. Tap Open.
   5. On the notification request message box, tap Allow.
   6. Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then tap Accept and Continue.
   7. Read the License Agreement, then tap Accept and Continue.
   8. At the upper-right corner, tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
   9. Sign into your Trend Micro Account that was created on purchase to activate Trend Micro ID Security.

   For Android devices

   1. Select Android.

      You will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download the ID Security App.

   2. Tap Install, then tap Accept to allow the app permissions.
   3. Wait for the installation to finish.
   4. Tap Open.
   5. Read the Privacy and Personal Data Collection Disclosure, then tap Accept and Continue.
   6. Read the License Agreement, then tap Accept and Continue.
   7. At the upper-right corner, tap the menu icon, then tap Settings.
   8. Sign into your Trend Micro Account that was created on purchase to activate Trend Micro ID Security.

Install Trend Micro Password Manager

Install and Activate Password Manager

Manage website passwords and login IDs in one secure location.

1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
2. Type the email address and password you created upon the purchase.
3. Type the verification code you can see at the right, then click Sign In.
4. Look for Trend Micro Password Manager, then click Download.

   

5. Select the device where you want to download the software.

   

   For Windows

   Install and Activate Password Manager on Windows

   1. Select Windows.
   2. Select how you want to download Password Manager:
      • Send Email - send the download link to your email
      • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
      • Download - download the installer directly
   3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
   4. Open the downloaded installer file, then follow the directions shown on the screen.
   5. Once installed, you will be prompted to add the Password Manager extension in the browser.
      Click Install and the browser extension will be added.
   6. Create your Vault Password to begin using Password Manager.

   For Mac

   1. Select Mac.
   2. Select how you want to download Password Manager:
      • Send Email - send the download link to your email
      • Copy Link - copy the download link, then access it using a web browser
      • Download - download the installer directly
   3. Choose Download to download the installer directly or Send Email to send the download link to your email.
   4. Open the downloaded installer file, then follow the directions shown on the screen.
   5. Once installed, you will be prompted to add the Password Manager extension in the browser.
      Click Install and the browser extension will be added.
   6. Create your Vault Password to begin using Password Manager.

   For iOS (iPhone/iPad)

      You will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) to download the Password Manager App.

   2. Tap Install.
