Learn how to set up Mobile Security for your iPhone or iPad that is included in your Trend Micro Security Suite subscription. Watch this installation tutorial or follow the step-by-step instructions in this article:

  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Type the email address and password you created upon the purchase.
  3. Click Sign In.
  4. Look for Maximum Security from the list.
  5. Click Add Device.

  6. Select iOS.

  7. Select how you want to download Mobile Security.
    • Send Email – Send the download link to your email.
    • Copy Link – Copy the download link, then access it using a web browser.
    • Scan QR Code – Scan a QR code using your mobile device to access the download link.

    You will reach the App Store after you access the download link.

  8. Tap Get.
  9. Tap Install.
  10. Tap Open once the installation is finished.
  11. Tap Allow to enable Mobile Security notifications, then tap Accept and Continue.
  12. Tap Already Purchased? to activate your subscription.

  13. Select Sign into your Trend Micro Account.

  14. Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
  15. Tap Next when prompted to use available subscription.
  16. Tap on the pointing down arrow to expand the selections, then select which existing license you want to be transferred to your device.
  17. Tap OK when prompted to confirm the transfer of license.

Minimum System Requirements

  • iOS 13.0 or higher
  • iPadOS 13.0 or higher
  • Internet Connection (to activate and check expiration date, to download app updates and antivirus database)
