How to transfer subscription to an Android device

Turn over your protection from an old device to your new Android phone or tablet.

1. Launch the Mobile Security app.
2. Tap Menu ⋮ , check if you there is Buy/Activate or Renew/Activate.

   

3. On Buy/Activate, tap the Already have Subscription and sign-in to Trend Micro Account.
4. On Renew/Activate, tap the tap here, then enter the serial number.
5. Once it shows the list of your devices, choose the device that you want to be replaced, then agree.
