How to uninstall Cleaner One on Mac

Learn how to remove Trend Micro Cleaner One on your Mac computer if you are no longer using this product.

1. Quit the Cleaner One process. Right-click the icon in the upper right corner and choose Quit.

   

2. Open Finder then go to Applications. Right-click Cleaner One, then choose Move to Trash.

   

3. Delete other Cleaner One files or its remnants.
   1. Click Go on the menu bar, then choose Go to Folder.
   2. Type ~/Library/Containers, then click Go.

      

   3. Look for the folder com.trendmicro.DrCleanerProPlus and move it to the Trash.

      

4. Empty the Trash, then restart your Mac.
