If you have a lot of saved passwords in your Password Vault, finding the right one can take time. The good news? You can quickly sort and organize them so they appear exactly how you want — whether you prefer alphabetical order or most recently updated first.

Sorting your passwords makes them easier to locate, saves you time, and keeps your vault tidy.

Sort Saved Passwords Using Your Web Browser

  1. Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
  2. Click the Vault tab on the left side menu.
  3. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
  4. Click the Sort button ⇅ located on the right side of the Search bar.
  5. Select one of these options:
    • Last Edited – shows the most recently changed passwords at the top.
    • Password Name – sorts passwords alphabetically for easy scanning.

Sort Saved Passwords Using the Mobile App

  1. Open your ID Protection app.
  2. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
  3. Tap the Sort button ⇅ next to the Search bar.
  4. Select one of these options:
    • Sort by Last Edited
    • Sort by Password Name


🤓☝️Tip: Try sorting by Last Edited if you regularly update your credentials, or by Password Name if you like alphabetical order for quick scanning.
