- Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- Click the Resources tab, then click the Go to Trend Micro Vault button.
- Click Report Found.
- Type in your email address and password, then click Report.
- Update your Trend Micro Vault password after regaining access to prevent issues.
