Trend Micro Family automatically collects and transmits the following data, some of which may be considered personal data in certain jurisdictions, after installing/enabling the product. It is necessary to collect this data to provide the functions on this product. Therefore, you cannot disable these features. If you do not want Trend Micro to access this data, you should uninstall and stop using the product.

Location

DESCRIPTION

Trend Micro Family uses this data to display children's location in the parent app (Trend Micro Family).

After user grants location permission, there is a background service to update the location to our backend every minute. If you do not want this data to be collected, please reject the location permission.

Troubleshooting logs

DESCRIPTION

The data collected in Send Troubleshooting Logs helps Trend Micro’s Support team conduct troubleshooting.

If the user does not want Trend Micro Family to collect their data, the user should not tap the button and they should close this page.
