You run into issues when you try to log in with your Trend Micro Account using the email address you remember.

How To Retrieve Your Email Address

  1. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Click Forgot which address you used before?..
  3. Type the activation code you used to register your program, and then click Check Now.

    A window will appear on your screen displaying your email address.
