You received this error because of the following reasons:
- your Wi-Fi is unsupported
- your connection is unstable
- incomplete Wi-Fi setup
Here's how to fix it:
- Open your web browser and check if you can access any website.
- If a Captive Portal appears, follow the flow to establish a Wi-Fi connection.
- Wait while the Trend Micro app reconnects. If not resolved, do the following:
- Relaunch the app.
- Tap the VPN switch to reconnect. If you still see the same message, reinstall the VPN profile:
- If not resolved, switch to another Wi-Fi.
