Why can't I connect to Trend Micro VPN?

Follow these steps to identify and fix the connection issue:

  1. Check your internet connection by trying to visit a website in your web browser.
  2. If you're on a Wi-Fi network that requires sign-in, complete the necessary steps to access the internet.
  3. Try reconnecting the Trend Micro VPN app.


If the VPN still doesn't connect:

  1. Restart the Trend Micro VPN app.
  2. Toggle the VPN switch off and then back on.


If the issue persists, reinstall the VPN profile:

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > VPN.
  2. Tap the Settings icon next to the VPN name.
  3. Select Delete VPN Profile.
  4. Restart the VPN app and accept the connection request when prompted.
