Why can't I connect to Trend Micro VPN?
Follow these steps to identify and fix the connection issue:
- Check your internet connection by trying to visit a website in your web browser.
- If you're on a Wi-Fi network that requires sign-in, complete the necessary steps to access the internet.
- Try reconnecting the Trend Micro VPN app.
If the VPN still doesn't connect:
- Restart the Trend Micro VPN app.
- Toggle the VPN switch off and then back on.
If the issue persists, reinstall the VPN profile:
- Go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > VPN.
- Tap the Settings icon next to the VPN name.
- Select Delete VPN Profile.
