You received the "A browser extension is currently blocking customers from accessing certain parts of Xero" error when trying to access or print from the website.
Why did this happen?
Trend Micro is blocking the website because some parts of Xero are doing some ad-like activity.
How do I fix this?
Add the Xero website to the Ad Block exception list.
- On your browser, click the Trend Micro Toolbar.
- On the top right, click ⋮.
- Under Exception List, tap Ad Block.
- Add this website: https://go.xero.com.
