Send logs from your Windows computer
- Open Trend Micro VPN.
- Replicate the issue. It is important to take note of the time while doing every steps in it.
- On the lower-left part of the main window, click the Settings icon.
- Click Logs, then click Send logs to Trend Micro for troubleshooting.
- Take note of the USER ID.
Send logs from your Mac computer
- Open the Trend Micro VPN app.
- Replicate the issue. It is important to take note of the time while doing every step.
- Go to Trend Micro VPN Preferences.
- In the Preferences tab, click Send troubleshooting logs.
- Click Start and take note of the USER ID.
Note: Log files are stored in ~/Library/Containers/com.trendmicro.MAC.TMPWP/Data/Library/Logs/Trend Micro VPN.
Send logs from your Android phone/tablet
- Tap the Trend Micro VPN app to open it.
- On the upper-left part of your screen, tap the Menu icon, then choose Settings.
- Under Help, tap Send logs to Trend Micro for troubleshooting.
Send logs from your iPhone/iPad
- Tap the Trend Micro VPN app to open it.
- Tap Settings you see at the bottom.
- Under Help, tap Send logs to Trend Micro for troubleshooting.
