After entering your username and password to a website you are trying to sign in, it loads for about a second but it goes back again to the login page. You do not see any error message.
Why did this happen?
Your Trend Micro program encountered problems checking if the account home page of the website you are trying to sign in is safe or dangerous.
What should I do next?
Add the website to the Exception List:
- Copy the link or URL of the website you are trying to log in.
- Open Trend Micro, then click Settings .
- Select Exception Lists.
- Choose Websites, then click the + Add button.
- Paste the website link or URL and set the response to Trust website, then click OK.
- Click Apply, then click OK.
- Restart your web browser to apply the changes.
