How is it different from other Apple updates?
- Rapid Security Responses is only available for the latest iOS, iPadOS, and macOS versions (starting from iOS 16.4.1, iPadOS 16.4.1, and macOS 13.3.1).
- By default, updates and security improvements are applied automatically without user intervention. If necessary, it will prompt you to restart your device.
- After the update through Rapid Security Response is successfully applied, a letter appears after the software version number (example: iOS 16.4.1 (a)).

YES, Apple recommends installing these updates. If you choose not to keep Rapid Security Response when available, your device will receive relevant updates on the next Apple security update.
