Allow network access on device with Home Network Security

Learn how to add a new device on your Home Network Security to allow internet access.

Note: Only allow trusted and recognized devices from someone in your home network to prevent unauthorized connections and risks.

Add Newly Identified Device to Family Profile

1. Open the Home Network Security app.
2. Tap the Menu icon, then tap Family.
3. Tap the Family Profile , then tap the Devices tab.
4. Tap Manage Devices below.
5. On unassigned devices, choose the device being blocked to connect to the internet.
6. Tap + to add the newly identified device to family profile and allow network access.

Allow Network Access Only Without Adding to the Family Profile

1. Open the Home Network Security app.
2. Tap Check Devices.
3. Tap the newly identified device/s.
4. Tap Allow Network Access.
