How to Organize and Sort Secure Notes in Trend Micro ID Protection

When you save a lot of secure notes — such as sensitive information, recovery codes, or personal records — finding the right one quickly is important. With Trend Micro ID Protection, you can sort your notes by date or name so they always appear in an order that works best for you.

Sorting helps you:

• Locate recent updates faster
• Keep your vault tidy
• Browse notes alphabetically for quick scanning

🌐 Sort Secure Notes in a Web Browser

1. Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
2. Click the Vault tab in the left pane.
3. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
4. Select the Secure Notes tab (next to the Passwords tab).
5. Click the Sort icon next to the Search bar.
6. Choose one of the following:
   • Last Edited — shows the most recently updated notes first
   • Title — sorts notes alphabetically

📱 Sort Secure Notes in the Mobile App

1. Open the ID Protection mobile app.
2. Enter your Trend Micro Account password to unlock your Password Vault.
3. Tap the Secure Notes tab (next to Passwords).
4. Tap the Sort icon near the Search bar.
5. Select one of the following:
   • Sort by Last Edited
   • Sort by Password Name (alphabetical order)

🤓☝️ Tip: Use Last Edited if you frequently update your notes so the freshest ones appear first.
Choose Title if you want alphabetical order for faster scanning.
