Permanently delete your Trend Micro Account
- Open your Trend Micro ID Protection mobile app.
- At the lower-right corner, tap Account.
- Tap Trend Micro Account.
- Select Account options.
- Tap Delete Account to proceed.
Can I still recover my Trend Micro Account after deleting it?
No, all your data connected to your account will be deleted. You will not be able to reactivate or recover your unused subscriptions. To prevent future charges, we strongly advise you to turn off the automatic renewal or cancel your subscription.
