📱 On Your Mobile Device

  1. Open the Trend Micro ID Protection Mobile app.
  2. Tap the ☰ menu icon at the top left to open Settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Feedback.
  4. You’ll be taken to the ID Protection Feedback page.
  5. Type in your feedback and tap Submit.

💻 On Your Desktop

  1. Open a web browser with the ID Protection Extension installed.
  2. Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
  3. Click the Feedback button in the top-right corner of the page.
  4. You’ll be taken to the ID Protection Feedback page.
  5. Type in your feedback and click Submit.
