How to Reclassify Messages from SMS Filtering of Trend Micro ScamCheck

To request reclassification of a message, follow these steps:

1. Open Trend Micro ScamCheck mobile app.
2. Tap and select SMS Filter at the bottom right of the menu.
3. Swipe up the menu to find the Junk folder at the bottom.
4. Tap on the message that you want to reclassify.
5. Look for a human head icon in the upper right of the menu.
6. Tap Report.
7. You will see the option Is this Phone number, scam, or annoying? Choose the option No.
8. Select the category to which it belongs.
9. Finally, tap Submit.
