File compression minimizes file sizes, optimizing storage and accelerating data transfer.

  1. Click Compress all to customize the file.
  2. Change the File location.
  3. Change the Name.
  4. You can change Archive format to zip, 7zip, or tar (NOTE: Zip is the default selection).
  5. Change the compression level to normal, fast, or fastest (NOTE: Normal is the default selection).
  6. Encrypt your file with a password.
  7. Click Cancel to cancel the compression or click OK to continue.
