You see this error message when you are trying to update the Trend Micro Antivirus One app:
"Cannot update because the extensions of Antivirus One are in use by Safari."
Why did this happen?
What should I do?
- Check if there's a small-dot below the Safari browser icon.
If there's a small dot, it means that it is still running in the background. - Right-click on the Safari browser icon, then click Quit.
- Try to update Antivirus One app again.
