Learn how to fix the "Make sure your device date and time is set automatically and try again." error message when trying to sign-in your account to activate your subscription in your Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android.

  1. Go to phone Settings.
  2. Look and go to Date & Time.
  3. Enable date and time as Set Automatically.
  4. Go back to Trend Micro Mobile Security app, then try to sign-in your account again.
