When you log in to your Trend Micro Account, you may notice more than one ID Protection license in your Trend Micro Account.

Why This Can Happen

This can happen for a few reasons:

  • You upgraded from Password Manager to ID Protection.
  • You have more than one Trend Micro product that includes ID Protection.

What You Need to Lnow

  • Only one license is active — the one with the latest expiration date.
  • Extra licenses do not affect your protection or subscription.
  • You do not need to renew or manage the extra licenses.

What You Can Do

If you prefer to only see your active license, you can contact Trend Micro Support and we can remove the extras for you.
