How to Unsubscribe from Community Notification Email

Stay informed and connected through our community notifications. Receive timely updates via marketing messages, newsletters, and social network notifications. Furthermore, you'll be notified about new comments and replies to your posts, along with updates on topics you follow.

If you prefer not to receive these notifications, we recommend unsubscribing to prevent similar emails in the future.

Unsubscribing from Community Profile

1. Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
2. Click Profile photo on the top-right corner.
3. Click Profile Settings.
4. Click the Notifications & Preferences tab.
5. Turn off email notifications using the toggle switch.
6. Click the Save Notification Preferences button after making changes.

Unsubscribing to Community Topics

1. Go to the Trend Micro Community homepage.
2. Scroll down to Pick a Topic and click View all topics.
3. Choose the topic you want to unfollow.
4. Click the Unfollow button.

Unsubscribing from email

1. Open the email that contains the community notification.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Look for the following section:

To unfollow the specific post, click on click here and click the Unfollow button.

To unsubscribe from all community notifications, click on Unsubscribe.
