This guide will help you activate Trend Micro subscriptions without opting in for auto-renewal and is applicable to the following products: Device Security, Device Security Pro, Device Security Advanced, Device Security Ultimate, Premium Security Suite, Maximum Security, Internet Security and Antivirus+ Security, Mobile Security or Trend Micro VPN.
Activating Your Subscription for the First Time
- Visit the Trend Micro Activation Portal here: https://account.trendmicro.com/setup/landing.
- Select the Get Started button.
- Create a Trend Micro Account with your email or phone, then click Next.
- Set up a secure password, and proceed by clicking Next.
- Enter your First and Last Name to complete your profile, then click Next.
- Input your activation code and agree to the License Agreement to activate.
When prompted for auto-renewal, simply close the tab or browser to skip this step. Then, sign in to your account and download your subscription.
