Trend Micro ID Protection can block certain parts of a webpage, such as ads, trackers, or embedded content that may collect your data. You might want to unblock these features if:
- A site isn’t displaying correctly
- Essential content (like videos or buttons) is hidden
- You trust the website and want to see all its features
Follow these steps to unblock specific page elements:
- Open a web browser with the ID Protection Extension installed.
- Go to idprotect.trendmicro.com.
- Click your profile icon (top right), then choose Settings.
- From the left menu, select Trackers & Ads.
- Under Blocked elements:
- Find the website or specific element you want to unblock.
- Tick its checkbox, then click Remove.
💡 Tip: You can always re-block the element later if the site starts showing unwanted ads or trackers again.
