Trend Micro sends an early renewal email to help keep your subscription active and ensure continuous protection for your devices. This reminder ensures you donβt forget to renew and maintain your security. The email includes your subscription name, renewal price, and a link for easy renewal.
How does early renewal work?
Early renewal adds either 1 or 2 years to your subscription, depending on what you choose. It starts right after your payment is processed, or within 24 to 48 hours based on your bank. You wonβt lose any remaining days or months on your current subscription; it will simply add to the time you already have.
Note: Renewing your current subscription is not the same as buying a new one. When you renew, your existing subscription is extended, keeping your current settings and protection. If you buy a new subscription, you may have to set up your account again and might lose any remaining days on your current plan.
Why it's Important
Receiving an early renewal email is important to ensure your subscription remains active and your devices stay protected. An interrupted subscription can leave your information and devices vulnerable to threats, such as malware or data breaches. Renewing early helps maintain continuous security and peace of mind.
