What Happens After Lost Device Protection Support Ends?

After updating Trend Micro Mobile Security for Android or iOS, the Lost Device feature will no longer be available.

Alternative Solutions

To keep your phone safe after Lost Device Protection ends, we recommend using your phone’s built-in tracking features:

  • For iPhone users: Use Apple’s Find My feature.
  • For Android users: Use Google’s Find My Device feature through the Find Hub.
  • For some brands (like Samsung): Use the manufacturer’s locator service for extra features.
