Why This Happens
The country set in your App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store doesn't match the country where you bought your Trend Micro subscription. To install the app, both need to match.
How to Change Your Country on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Media & Purchases.
- Select View Account, then tap Country/Region.
- Tap Change Country or Region.
- Choose the country where Trend Micro ID Protection is available, then follow the on-screen prompts.
How to Change Your Country on Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.
- Under General, tap Account and device preferences > Country and profiles.
- Select the country you want to add, then follow the on-screen prompts to update your payment method.
How to Change Your Country on Windows (Microsoft Store)
- Click the Start button, then open Settings.
- Go to Time & Language > Language & region.
- Under Country or region, select the country where you purchased your subscription.
