What Happens After ID Security Service Ends?
After the service ends, ID Security will no longer be available. You will not be able to use any features, such as the app for checking emails and passwords for leaked personal data. Your app will also stop receiving updates and support.
Why Are You Discontinuing ID Security?
To improve our services for customers, we have stopped offering the old ID Security service. We have launched a new product called Trend Micro ID Protection, which has more features. This new service helps you check for information leaks, manage your passwords, and ensure your Wi-Fi is safe.
Alternative Solution
To continue managing and protecting your online identity after ID Security ends, we recommend switching to Trend Micro ID Protection. Existing ID Security users can easily migrate to ID Protection and keep their personal information safe without interruption.
How Can I Get Trend Micro ID Protection?
If you have one of the following subscriptions, Trend Micro ID Protection is included at no extra cost:
- Premium Security Suite
- Personal Protection Suite
- Security Suite Ultimate
- Security Suite Pro Plus
- Security Suite Pro
If you don’t have one of these, you may need to purchase Trend Micro ID Protection separately.
